It has to be said, Renee Zellweger has got to be the only celeb in Hollywood that actually needs an eye opening operation.
Whilst everyone else’s eyes are getting larger after their faces are stretched tightly over their brains (that's right Madonna, I'm talking to you), Renee’s eyes seem to be sinking further into her head.
